INHUMANS CASTS GAME OF THRONES ALUM AS MAXIMUS THE MAD

Marvel’s Inhumans” has cast its first member of the Royal Family. “Game of Thrones’” Iwan Rheon is the first actor cast in the upcoming ABC/Marvel live-action series. Rheon will play the Inhuman Maximus, also known as Maximus the Mad in the comics. Deadline described the character as described as “a clever and charming Inhuman that is fiercely devoted to the people of Attilan, especially his brother, the King – although he harbors an intense desire to wear the crown himself.”Iron Fist” executive producer Scott Buck has joined “Inhumans” as showrunner. After debuting in IMAX theaters on or around September 1 and running for two weeks, “Inhumans” will premiere on ABC on Tuesday, September 26, 2017. “Inhumans” is also expected to air all eight episodes of its first season uninterrupted on the following Tuesdays. The first two episodes of “Inhumans” will air as one IMAX presentation, lasting approximately 80 minutes. The first two episodes of “Inhumans,” which will be shot entirely with IMAX cameras, will screen in 1,000 IMAX theaters across 74 countries. Additionally, select sequences from subsequent episodes of “Inhuamns” will also be shot using IMAX cameras.
