Vi lead her siblings (Powder, Mylo and Claggor) to topside for a job. They use the roofs of Piltover to climb to the room where there are supposed to be valuables. They easily break in, but when Powder accidentally drops an unstable crystal the workshop blows up. The group manages to escape from the Enforcers and returns to Zaun. Before they manage to get underground they are stopped by a young man who asks them if they have a good loot. Mylo answers in the affirmative and a fight breaks out; Powder is given the bag with valuables and at some point runs away. They emerge victorious, but the valuables they stole were thrown into the water by Powder on accident.

Defeated they return home where Vander is waiting for them. Vi initially tries to deny she and the others have anything to do with the explosion in topside, but the truth comes out fast. Vander leaves to deal with the aftermath of their actions. Mylo is blaming Powder for the fact that they lost their loot, but Vi is quick to stop him. Later she takes Powder with her outside and talks to her about her own and the boys’ failures in an attempt to show her sister no one is infallible.

With her parent’s deaths while she was very young, she and her sister Vi were taken in by Vander, the then-de facto leader and protector of the Lanes. When a series of events forces Jinx and her sister apart in more ways than one, she is fundamentally and irrevocably changed.

Vi returns to the Last Drop, letting the group know what she saw, they begin to plan a rescue for Vander. Powder insists on joining, but Vi warns her not to and leaves her alone with a flare instead. Powder breaks down afterwards; in her breakdown, the Hextech crystals she’d swiped from the penthouse spill out of her bag, and she realizes that those were what caused the explosion.

She makes her way to the docks with a monkey bomb loaded with crystals. She drops the monkey through the window and explosions are set off, killing Mylo and Claggor alongside several of Silco’s goons; Vi and Vander are injured, Sevika loses an arm protecting Silco, and Singed’s lab blows up with him inside. Powder makes her way to the entrance, only to find Vander dead and Vi extremely anguished, and in that anguish, she angrily calls her a “jinx” and leaves her sobbing.

With no one left, Powder ends up adopted by Silco.

After enduring the death of her family and her sister’s abandonment, Powder adopted the identity of Jinx. Jinx is a mentally stunted teen (assumed) who enjoys reeking chaos wherever she goes and blowing things up. She is loud and ecstatic and often torments others and shows no remorse for hurting or killing others. Despite this havoc nature, she is quite smart and is shone to have improved on her bomb making skills. Despite her loud, crazy persona, she is shown to be struggling mentally and shows an incredible amount of guilt for accidentally killing her family. She is also shown to have abandonment issues after Vi left her, after the death of her family. Her personality is heavily influenced by her childhood trauma.

Caitlyn eventually joined the Piltover Police Department and became an enforcer. Through the cases she encountered and her investigations, Caitlyn came to the theory that someone was secretly at the center of all the violence the undercity was involved in. Her investigations on this were never taken seriously, however, because they were being dismissed and unknowingly stonewalled by the Sheriff during her time, Marcus, who was in fact in cahoots with the man she was investigating.

  • Vander (Former)

In their youth, Vander and Silco formed a strong, brotherly bond over their shared dreams for Zaun’s freedom and unity as one nation. At one point, however, the two had a falling out, after which Vander tried to drown Silco in a river. Due to an open gash on his left eye and the pollution in the river, this eye was contaminated and permanently disfigured. By briefly feigning his death, Silco swiped Vander’s dagger, stabbed him in the arm, and fled.

Silco went into hiding, amassing followers and avoiding crossing paths with Vander for years to come. Despite their last encounter, Silco still respected Vander for their time together until he found out about Vander’s deal with enforcers that kept Zaun in check but in relative peace from upper city interference, a decision Silco strongly resented.Silco went to a statue of Vander, pondering his current situation where he’d found himself in the same position that Vander himself had been in—stuck with a choice between a chance at Zaun’s independence and the safety of his daughter. Vander’s decision had been one Silco held against him for years, but one Silco found himself about to make, telling Vander’s image that he understood now. Jinx was listening in, unbeknownst to him, and mistakenly assumed that Silco was going to give her up to the upper city. With this, Jinx knocked him out and took him to the place where it all started: Silco’s old Shimmer factory at the cannery. She tied him to a dining chair and later returned with Vi.

War for Olympus”Shaunt NigoghossianOctober 27, 2020
Hera offers the Giants the oceans if they kill Zeus. Overhearing this, Poseidon returns to Olympus with Apollo, heals Zeus (Zeus used his lightning to close his wound), and reveals where Hera has the cauldron. As the battle for Olympus begins, Heron, Alexia, Kofi and Evios infiltrate the demons’ camp. Zeus and Poseidon kill most of the demons and Giants, so Hera attacks Zeus. Heron realizes the cauldron is being held high in the sky by Hera’s crows. Zeus overpowers Hera, allowing Heron to retrieve the cauldron while the leader of the Giants wounds Zeus. Hera is betrayed and almost killed by the Giants’ leader, but Zeus sacrifices his own life to save her. Seraphim severs Hera’s right arm, taking the cauldron while Hera flees. Heron engages Seraphim in a fist fight. Accepting Zeus training, Heron stabs through his own chest with Seraphim’s bident, impaling Seraphim as well and summons Zeus’s lightning to finally kill Seraphim. Heron reaches the cauldron and once more traps all the Giants’ souls inside, ending the battle. The next morning, Heron reunites with his friends and is welcomed to Olympus by his several demi-god half-brothers. Seraphim’s soul awakens in the underworld where the bident is retrieved by its true owner Hades who offers Seraphim freedom from eternal punishment if he kneels to Hades as he once knelt to Hera.

Voice cast

  • Derek Phillips as Heron

Heron is a main character on Blood of Zeus. Heron is a young man and illegitimate son of Zeus. As a threat descends upon Greece, he embarks on a journey to save the world.Heron was born to Queen Electra and the God, Zeus. Rumored to not be the son of the King, Heron was destined to die upon his birth. Though the birth of his brother Seraphim briefly saved Heron from an untimely death, he was ultimately saved by his true father Zeus.

Powers
  • Superhuman Strength: According to Zeus, while not all demigods possess divine strength, he believed Heron did.[2] Notably, he has taken on foes such as Seraphim and his demonic creations with his bare hands before and without training. During his final battle with Seraphim, Heron punched him with enough force to kick up a sigificant amount of dirt and crack the ground around them.
  • Superhuman Durability: Heron seems remarkably durable, more so than the ordinary human man at least. Evios even mentioned that it seemed that he and Kofi had been whipped by their demon captors much harder than Heron, when in truth this probably stemmed from his demigod nature.
  • Superhuman Hearing: Heron apparently has a keener sense of hearing than ordinary humans.
  • Limited Electrokinesis: Like his father Zeus, Heron proved he could call forth lightning from the sky. Though so far, he has only done this once.
Abilities
  • Swordsmanship: Even prior to training, Heron, on some occasions, would wield a sword with enough skill to best demons, displaying his natural talent in swordsmanship.
  • Archery: Heron is highly skilled in the use of the bow. He was able to accuratle fire at Seraphim despite being dozens of meters away and was able to accurate fire a torch that wasn’t meant for a bowstring.
  • Tactics: Prior and during his training with Zeus, he showed a great amount of maneuvers and strategy. After his training, he learned to not let anger cloud his judgement, allowing him to think more calmly in fights.
Equipment
  • Adamantium Sword: (temporarily) Zeus handcrafted him a sword from a precious metal that he sent Heron to retrieve from atop a mountain. The sword glowed light blue and had the ability to cut through any metal or material. After Heron became frustrated with his father, he threw the sword away and it later was retrieved by Seraphim, sent by Hera.
  • Bow and Arrow: Crafted by Hephaestus, Heron wielded a powerful bow and arrow during the battle for Olympus in the eighth and final episode of season 1. It appears to be crafted of a special metal as it immediately defeated a demon once it came in contact with them.
  • Jason O’Mara as Zeus/Elias

Zeus was the King of Olympus and the father of Heron.

Zeus revealed he was not raised by his father, and when they finally met he was forced to kill him.

Banding together with his fellow gods, Zeus defeated the last titan. But as the last titan fell, he swore a curse on the gods, and when his blood struck the sea the Giants were born. These monsters were brought into the world for a single purpose: to destroy the realm of the gods. A hellish war known as the Gigantomachy then begun. The gods swore to defeat the giants and rid them from the earth. Both gods and giants fell alike. Still, neither side would relent, and the two factions battled on endlessly, incapable of conquering the other. Until one day, Zeus convinced two of the giants to take up arms with the gods. Soon Zeus would lead one final attack. Zeus ordered Hermes to gather their souls while their remains were cast into the ocean, to be forever swallowed by the tides. The smith of the gods Hephaestus forged the grand automaton Talos to stand guard over the cauldron, forever sworn to keep it shut so that this evil would never return.

Zeus eventually took Hera’s hand in marriage and became ruler of the Greek gods. He and Hera did have a son together named Ares. Over the course of his marriage, however, Zeus had several affairs that resulted in the birth of Apollo, Artemis, Hermes, and Heron.

But when Colin returns to London from a trip abroad, he discovers nothing in his life is quite the same—especially Penelope Featherington! The girl who was always simply… there is suddenly the girl haunting his dreams. On the sixth of April, in the year 1812 — precisely two days before her sixteenth birthday — Penelope Featherington fell in love.

It was, in a word, thrilling. The world shook. Her heart leaped. The moment was breathtaking. And, she was able to tell herself with some satisfaction, the man in question –one Colin Bridgerton– felt precisely the same way.

Oh, not the love part. He certainly didn’t fall in love with her in 1812 (and not in 1813, 1814, 1815, or– oh blast, not in all the years 1816-1822, either, and certainly not in 1823, when he was out of the country the whole time, anyway.) But his earth shook, his heart leaped, and Penelope knew without a shadow of a doubt that his breath was taken away as well. For a good ten seconds.

Falling off a horse tended to do that to a man.

It happened thus…

Since the Eleventh Century, the Belmonts have been entrusted with the duty of slaying Count Dracula and various other creatures of the night. For this purpose, they use as their main weapon the sacred whip known as the Vampire Killer, which has the power to destroy any entity of darkness and Dracula himself. They also use other weapons to accomplish this, which coupled with their skills and magical powers made them be recognized as the most powerful clan of vampire hunters that ever existed.

He is a young, powerful and cunning descendant of the Belmont lineage of vampire hunters, and current owner of the whip. After his mother was murdered by a vampire in front of his eyes when he was a child, he grew up to become one of the most powerful warriors in his family line. He lives with Tera and her daughter Maria Renard in a small cottage on the hills in Machecoul, France. Both him and Maria, a skillful young witch, fight the increasing numbers of vampires that have started to appear in the land, as well as to bring justice and equality to its inhabitants.

Richter is a casually confident and juvenile hero, but he was also shaped by personal struggles. His flippant demeanor masks the trauma of losing his mother and having a difficult childhood, which inwardly causes him to doubt himself and question the worthiness of his actions. He also admits to struggle with strategic planning and decision making. However, his core values remain unchanged and he is ultimately a selfless and good-hearted person.

The death of his mother at a young age left a devastating mental wound on Richter that followed him into adulthood. Initially timid and alone, he eventually came to terms with his trauma and transformed it into a drive to show empathy for and protect innocent people from vampirekind. Though Richter is sensitive to his past and possesses some degree of emotional vulnerability, he is first and foremost proud of his lineage and is not afraid to throw himself into dangerous, hopeless situations when his gut demands it, like even challenging Erzsebet Báthory that crossed his line of sight.

Powers

  • Magic: As a descendant from Sypha Belnades, Richter is a immensely powerful mage with the ability to control the elements. After the trauma of his mother’s death, Richter lost this ability; however, after a conversation with his grandfather, Juste, he eventually came to terms with his trauma and awaken the full potential of his magic again. When using his magic or feeling intense emotions, his eyes glow electric blue.
    • Pyrokinesis: As a child, Richter was only known to shoot normal colored fire from his fingers. After awakening his full magical potential as an adult, Richter can now use the more powerful {extremely hot} blue flames. The most notable feature of Richter’s magic which are much more intense and stronger than the red, orange and yellow flames normally used by Speakers. His flames are powered by his hatred and rage, so the greater his anger, the hotter his flames are. Richter can combust anything he touches almost instantly. Richter utilizes this ability in a more martial capacity than his distant ancestor, such as often using an open hand or using flames to augment his punches and jab strikes and enhance his physical capabilities such as speed, strength, and durability, creating jets of flames, imbue his whip and knives with fire, or by directly throwing flames at his enemies. He ignites his arm and then swings it at the target to release a stream of fire, which surrounds the enemy in a whirlwind of flames. His flames were hot enough to burn an entire group of vampires into ash in mere seconds. Over time, he learns to produce a greater amount of flames than most of his distant ancestors without tiring, capable of maintaining successive assaults for long durations of time.
    • Cryokinesis: After regaining his cryokinetic powers, Richter became more powerful than ever, capable of manipulating absolute zero temperatures. Richter can use ice to protect himself during battle. Unlike his distant ancestress, more creatively. Richter can enhance his fists to greater strength with ice, and uses it to call forth protective layers of ice to function as armor for his body or to create ice gauntlets and blades on the elbow and imbuing his whip with ice, or for long range attacks by creating ice spikes for throwing, as well as using a freezing touch.
    • Electrokinesis: Richter can imbue his whip with crackling electricity, often done in conjunction with fire. The resulting combination causes an explosion at the whip’s point of impact.
  • Peak human conditioning: Richter is an exceptional warrior in peak physical condition, he developed levels of strength, durability, speed and reflexes near the absolute limits of human capability. He is able to keep up with vampires and demons in close quarters combat.
  • Immense pain tolerance: Richter endurance is unbelievably high and has outstanding survivability for a mortal man, as he is shown to be able to withstand assaults and direct attacks from vampires.
Abilities
  • Master martial artist: Richter is an extremely skilled and formidable hand-to-hand combatant. He often incorporates punches and kicks when using his weapons, and when disarmed, he enhances his strikes with magic, often encasing his fists with fire or ice to reinforce his strikes. As of now, he can use his magic both offensively and defensively during combat, and even mix it with his whip attacks.
  • Master whip fighter: Richter is highly skilled with his family whip and a shortsword. Richter has also shown himself to be capable of employing throwing knives in combat with lethal accuracy.
  • Thuso Mbedu as Annette, a former slave with incredible powers of an African earth god who escaped from slavery in the French Caribbean.

Having been born as a slave in the Caribbean, she travels to Europe following advice from her mentor in seek of a man named Richter Belmont, and during her journey she ends up joining a group of revolutionaries.

Annette is an Afro-Caribbean slave born on a plantation around Saint-Domingue. She is stated to have descended from orishas; Ogun (Yoruba orisha of war and iron) from her father’s side, and Orunmila (Yoruba orisha of divination, intelligence and wisdom) from her mother’s side.

Annette learned of the true power of her ancestry after her mother had been killed for using magic wards associated with witchcraft, and years later when her vampire master ordered his workers to brand Annette. She used her abilities to form a blade from dust and metal particles, which she used to deflect the branding iron and escape. She then fled into the city, where she met Edouard, who helped her flee her slaver and took her to the heart of the revolution against slavery. She also meets a Vodou mambo named Cecile within the revolution who becomes her mentor and teaches her about her magic and her ancestry.

Annette makes her debut when she and Edouard save Richter Belmont from a night creature. She states they had traveled far and that they were looking for a Belmont foreseen by her mentor that will help them stop the “Vampire Messiah”. The group devises a plan to investigate the château for vampire activity and clues, and Annette creates a bridge with her magic to access the island. While there, Annette sees her former master, Vaublanc, who had joined the cult worshipping the Vampire Messiah and accidentally alerted the vampire to their presence, causing a battle between the groups. While attempting to escape from being overwhelmed, Edouard is attacked and killed while Annette attempts to recreate a earthen bridge to the mainland, causing her to break down in anguish over his loss after the remaining group crosses. Later, Annette witnesses Edouard’s return as a night creature during a fight in town.

  • Pixie Davies as Maria Renard, a young aristocrat-turned-revolutionary during the French Revolution and a Speaker who can summon animal spirits to aid her.

A young revolutionary witch with the power to summon familiars, Maria is the daughter of the former Speaker Tera and the Abbot Emmanuel. During the French Revolution, she joins her adoptive brother Richter Belmont and a group of heroes on a mission to stop the “Vampire Messiah”, Countess Erzsebet Báthory, and her vampiric apocalypse.

Maria was born in Machecoul to the Russian Speaker, Tera, and the town’s abbot, Emmanuel. When she was seven years old, her mother Tera adopted her friend’s son, Richter Belmont, with him and Maria forging a very close siblingship.Maria quickly summoned her familiars and fought the vampires and night creatures to protect her mother while she cast the spell to open a portal to Hell. While Richter was outmatched in battle by Drolta, Maria summoned all of her familiars to attack the vampire. The battle was interrupted by the arrival of Báthory, who planned to turn Maria into a vampire, which makes Maria terrified. However, Tera sacrificed herself for her daughter while an unconscious Maria was carried away by Richter. The group was ambushed by Drolta and other vampires, but saved by the arrival of Alucard, whom Maria watched in amazement as she woke up.

  • Richard Dormer as Emmanuel / The Abbot, a clergyman of the Order of Saint John and a Forgemaster who works to maintain the Church’s power.

He is the highest clergy representative of the town of Machecoul and has great political influence, often mediating between the town’s inhabitants and the aristocracy. However, he won’t hesitate to resort to extreme measures if with this he can perpetuate his power, all under the excuse of aiming for a greater good in the end. He is introduced as an ally, but eventually revealed to be a major antagonist of the show.

Abbot Emmanuel hails from Malta, place where he presumably founded the order of the Knights of Saint John, fierce soldier monks who accompanied him to France time ago and whose main tasks are to keep peace in the community, but also to serve as his personal spies.

Aware of the danger that looms over the Church with the ongoing revolution, where priests and aristocrats alike are being overthrown and executed, and seeing how the absence of the Church’s guidance would only lead the people to anarchy –not to mention losing the many privileges power brings with itself–, the Abbot desperately seeks to preserve his institution’s political status, even if that means sacrificing a few lives if with that he can achieve what he considers to be a greater good. However, according to Tera, Emmanuel was once kind and not the fanatic clergyman he is today, evidently trusting there’s still some good in him.

The Abbot makes his first appearance when monster hunters, Richter Belmont and Maria Renard, visit his abbey in the commune of Machecoul after having fought three vampires earlier that night. They are granted audience with him, even if they are aware the Church doesn’t look with good eyes those of their kind. Apart from informing him about the aforementioned event, they also let him know their suspicions about how the Marquis could be involved in this and how the vampires could be gathering at his château, the Vendée. The Abbot replies that’s impossible, as the Marquis is a pillar of the community, but that nonetheless, he’ll have his spies on the lookout for any eventuality.

  • Sydney James Harcourt as Edouard, an opera singer and Annette’s closest friend who aided her in a slave uprising before journeying together to France.

He is a famous opera singer from Saint-Domingue who decides to leave everything behind and accompany Annette to Europe in search of a man named Richter Belmont, who is told to be able to help them with their struggles.During the final battle, Annette made it to the cells and offered Edouard to free him, but he told her to finish her mission first before saving him. Later, when a night creature was ordered to kill Edouard for singing, Jacques decapitated it. Edouard then arrived to the basement and embraced a crying Annette, as she failed to push the machine back to Hell. After his transformation into a night creature, Edouard adopted the form of a brown colored demon, with bat-like wings coming out of his lower back, and a darker external layer of skin that somewhat resembled an open-chested one piece suit, complete with a neck with long raised flaps and other bat inspired motifs. He also developed a bone mask that divided into four horns curved toward the back and with golden tips. More notably, he grew an extra pair of arms, with his normal ones remaining almost the same, as well as two additional slim forearms coming out from his neck that perpetually have their hands covering his face. He also retained his big blue eyes almost intact, although now with a perpetual glow.As a human, Edouard has some skill with a sword, as seen when fighting against vampires and night creatures. After he is transformed into a night creature himself, he becomes a monster equipped with fangs, claws, wings, and the typical speed and strength associated with their kind. His most unique ability is his opera singer’s voice he retained from being human, which seems to take on a quality that mesmerizes some of the other night creatures and may have a persuasive element to it that allows him to remind them of their humanity.

  • Nastassja Kinski as Tera Renard, a Speaker magician, Maria’s mother, and Richter’s adoptive mother.

She is a former Speaker who hails from Russia. She had to flee her country and settled west in France due to the ongoing violence by military groups, which now had vampires enlisted within their ranks. She is the mother of Maria Renard, born as the result of her previous relationship with Abbot Emmanuel.Tera was part of a Speaker group that settled in Russia. The group was eventually hunted down by the forces of Erzsebet Báthory. Tera managed to escape, but she later ventured to Báthory’s dungeon to try and rescue her family. When she arrived, she saw that most of her family had already been tortured and killed, with her younger sister having been turned into a vampire. Not wanting her sister to go through such fate, Tera mercifully killed her, fleeing at Báthory’s arrival. She then fled east, eventually settling down in France. The local Abbot helped her adjust and the two began a relationship, eventually leading to the birth of Maria.

  • Zahn McClarnon as Olrox, an ancient Aztec vampire from the new world and an adversary of the Belmont clan. He travels to France to witness the rise of the “Vampire Messiah”.

He is an ancient Aztec vampire who hails from American lands. He is sophisticated and elegant, but also very powerful and cunning. He exacted revenge against Julia Belmont, who killed his lover long ago. He travels to France after being summoned to attend the rise to power of the “Vampire Messiah”, Countess Erzsebet Báthory.Olrox is an old Aztec vampire who presumably hails from a Mesoamerican region during the late 15th to early 16th century. After surviving the Aztec people’s near annihilation by the invading Spanish conquistadors, he spent the next several centuries traveling and later. He fell in love with a Mohican man living in Britain’s North American colonies. He therefore turned the young man into a vampire with the intention of being with him forever. Unfortunately, their planned eternal romance was not to be, as his lover was subsequently killed by Julia Belmont. Seeking revenge, he traveled to Boston, Massachusetts in the 1780s, in an attempt to track her down. One night in 1783, shortly after the conclusion of the American Revolution, he managed to find Julia at the docks while she was attempting to make her son, Richter, board a ship to take him to France, as she knew both their lives were in great danger. However, when Olrox appeared, she had no other option than to fight him. After a fierce battle, Olrox managed to defeat and kill Julia by transforming into a giant feathered serpent-like dragon, although he spared Richter, telling him that his mother had to die, but at the same time promising Richter he would also kill him one day, but not that night.

  • Aaron Neil as Mizrak, a knight serving under the Abbot with an unshakable faith in God, and Olrox’s lover.

. He is a member of the “Knights of Saint John”, a group of fierce warrior monks assembled by the Abbot to procure order in the town, as well as to serve as his spies.

Mizrak was first seen outside the abbey standing guard until Richter Belmont and Maria Renard showed themselves and asked to see the Abbot. Mizrak let them in and they warned him off the vampire god was coming.

Later, Mizrak was training in the courtyard and was being watched by Olrox, who was interested in him. Mizrak knew he was being watched and made his move – both men clashed for a while, and Olrox told him he should come to his chambers some time.

Mizrak was next seen getting out of bed after sharing it with Olrox. They had a brief talk about their goals.

He then went to Abbot Emmanuel and they greeted Drolta Tzuentes and the Marquis at the abbey. At one point during the conversation, things started to get tense and Mizrak threatened to attack her due to an indiscretion made by the vampire, but the Abbot calmed things down. Drolta said that she liked him, as he was feisty. Later, Mizrak was in Olrox’s room and asked him why he killed Julia Belmont, and Olrox told him because she killed his previous lover. Mizrak was disgusted with Olrox for turning his love into a vampire against their will. Olrox stated that he loved them and wanted them to stay with him forever. Mizrak asked if he was going to do the same to him, to which Olrox stated that he wouldn’t, as he wasn’t in love with Mizrak.

  • Sophie Skelton as Julia Belmont (season 1), a vampire hunter and Richter’s mother.

She was the descendant of Trevor Belmont and Sypha Belnades, the daughter of Juste Belmont, and the mother of Richter Belmont. A skilled and courageous vampire hunter, wielder of the whip, she seeks to protect her family at any cost.Julia’s background, other than she was a descendant of the legendary Belmont family of monster hunters. The little that is known about her recent past comes from the account of Olrox. Olrox was in a romantic relationship with a proud Mohican revolutionary warrior native of a little town in Massachusetts, who was fighting against the colonists. Having been turned into a vampire by Olrox, Julia killed him. Thirsting to avenge him, Olrox started to track Julia to kill her as well. Aware of the danger that was looming over her and her loved ones, one night of 1783, Julia and her 10 years old son, Richter, were at the Boston docks seeking to embark him on a ship that would take him to France, where he could be safe at the care of Julia’s friend, Tera. However, at that moment, Olrox suddenly intercepted them and challenged Julia to a duel. Using her family whip in combination with her many magical abilities, Julia was able to fight him back with even odds, and at one point, she even gained the upper hand in the fight. Olrox was then forced to employ one of his most powerful resources by shapeshifting into a giant serpent-like dragon. However, when Olrox switched his attention toward Richter, Julia lost her edge trying to protect him and was subsequently pinned by the monster.

  • Elarica Johnson as Drolta Tzuentes (season 1), Erzsebet’s second-in-command and most devoted follower who prepares the vampire aristocracy for her master’s arrival.

. She is a vampire/demon who serves as Erzebet’s second-in-command and representative.

  • Even though she was a priestess of Sekhmet as a human, upon being turned into a vampire she pledged herself to Erzebet, despite knowing about her drinking her goddesses’ blood to gain her powers (which was effectively an act of desecration). This shows she wasn’t truly devoted to Sekhmet given how she now follows a vampire who stole her goddesses power for her own ends.
  • As Erzebet’s enforcer, she personally led destructive raids on villages that defied her and/or her allies, slaughtering most of the settlement’s inhabitants with sadistic satisfaction.
  • During these raids, she would capture young women (usually virgins) and bring them back to Erzebet’s castle, where the countess would torture them over long periods of time for her own cruel amusement. One of these women she kidnapped was Tera’s sister, who was turned into a vampire by Erzebet during her captivity, causing Tera to kill her as an act of mercy before fleeing Erzebet’s castle.
  • Acting as Erzebet’s representative, she would recruit many vampires into the countess’s cult following, including former slave master Vaublanc. She would brand these recruits with Erzebet’s symbol as a show of loyalty.
  • Franka Potente as Erzsebet Báthory / Sekhmet, an ancient vampire queen and self-declared “Vampire Messiah” drawn to France by the ongoing revolution who claims to be the reincarnation of the Egyptian goddess Sekhmet.

She is the queen of vampires, who plans to take over the world by bringing eternal night to it and with this, leave her vampiric brethren to roam free forever. She is immensely powerful and believes herself to be the reincarnation of the ancient Egyptian goddess of war, Sekhmet.
Erzsebet is an ancient vampire who presumably hails from the times of ancient Egypt. She is praised as the queen of all vampires, though Tera claims she was a monster before ever becoming a vampire. According to Báthory herself, she was once a humble girl who people called mad for proclaiming to be the “Messiah”. It is said she drank from the blood of the warrior goddess, Sekhmet, daughter of Ra, god of the sun, gaining with this immeasurable powers. She seeks to enshroud the world in perpetual darkness, which will allow her vampiric brethren to move openly and unabated without any repercussions and, in this way, to conquer it all. For this end, she plans to halt a solar eclipse while the sun is completely blocked by the moon. Her plan was to be carried out in France; some of the reasons for this were because it was a point in the world where the eclipse could be seen, because the vampire population there had a high position in society and were politically influential, to take advantage of the frequent social conflicts resulting from the ongoing revolution, and also because the Abbot of the town of Machecoul was secretly a Forgemaster who under the proper negotiations could provide her with an army of night creatures.

  • Iain Glen as Juste Belmont, Julia’s father, Richter’s grandfather, and a former vampire hunter once famously gifted in magic.

He is part of the Belmont Clan and the grandson of Simon Belmont. Juste is considered powerful even among his family for his prodigious magical talent derived from the Belnades Clan.Juste is arguably the most reserved and introverted Belmont, as he doesn’t have any mentioned connections to other people outside of his two childhood friends Maxim and Lydie. He expresses a strong love for his friends, and desires to protect them from any harm. He also shows great faith and trust in Maxim, even after the latter had been possessed by Dracula’s spirit, and it was this faith that helped Maxim overcome the evil force within him. Juste is also shown to enjoy decorating, shown when he decides to fill a room in the castle with furniture he finds during his quest. Throughout his journey, Juste displays a strong sense of justice and fearlessness, befitting for both his name and bloodline

After Simon’s great effort fighting against Count Dracula, the long-hated Belmont family was reconciled with the residents. Simon was regarded as a life-saver, and people started to look upon him as a hero; little by little, the people started to gather around them. A village, therefore, was formed around the Belmonts. Juste would later grew up in this environment with his childhood friends Maxim Kischine and Lydie Erlanger.

Once every century, when Dracula resurrects, the power he has attracts all other monsters and evils, which all resurrect alongside him. It’s the calling of the Belmont family to hunt all these monsters and hone their skills to prepare themselves for the fight against Dracula. Furthermore, Juste was tasked with hunting Dracula’s body parts.

Powers and abilities

  • Vampire physiology: As a vampire, Erzsebet possesses many of the same abilities as her brethren. However, Erzsebet has extraordinarily displayed the levels of superhuman physical prowess that far surpasses most of the other members of her species.
    • Immortality: As a vampire, Erzsebet is naturally immortal, immune to the effects of age, and is perpetually locked in her physical prime.
    • Levitation: Erzsebet has the ability to levitate off the ground with a thought, such as when she dismounts from her chariot.
  • Dark magic: Erzsebet is an incredibly powerful dark magic user, capable of manipulating a rare and old darkness magic. This mysterious power is the basis of her claim of being the “Vampire Messiah”, as she has promised her disciples everlasting darkness and unfettered domination over humanity.
    • Darkness manipulation/Eclipse summoning: Erzsebet possesses a profound connection to darkness on a vast scale, allowing her to summon a solar eclipse to give her followers free reign, without worrying about sunlight-induced immolation.
    • Transformation: As a vampire of incredible power, Erzsebet has the power to transform into a more monstrous form. When channeling the powers of Sekhmet, Erzsebet shifts into a more bestial state that increases her height and gives her leonine features, hearkening to Sekhmet being a lion-headed goddess. In this form, Erzsebet is immune to most attacks, including elemental magic and even Richter‘s whip.
      • Telekinesis: Erzsebet demonstrated the ability to momentarily paralyze Richter in mid-air when he attempted to attack her.
      • Barrier: In her Sekhmet form, Erzsebet can erect an invisible force field that automatically props up and deflects almost any assault directed at her, be it magic, conjured metal blades, or whip, all being rendered completely ineffective.
      • Magic absorption: Erzsebet, as Sekhmet, once outright inhaled a torrent of blue esoteric flame belted at her by Richter Belmont without effort.
  • James Callis as Adrian “Alucard” Țepeș, the dhampir son of Dracula and Lisa Țepeș, who previously fought alongside Trevor Belmont and Sypha Belnades three centuries prior. Callis reprises his role from Castlevania.

Alucard was born in the mid 1450’s to Vlad Dracula and Lisa Țepeș. Nearly twenty years later, in 1475, Lisa was falsely accused of witchcraft and burned at the stake. Upon learning that Dracula had begun summoning an army from Hell, 19-year-old Alucard confronted his father, begging him not to kill innocent people for revenge. When Dracula refused to listen, Alucard fought his father but was defeated, leaving him with a large scar on his chest. Beneath the city of Gresit, Alucard placed himself inside a coffin to recover his strength. A legend about him then spread, stating that a “sleeping soldier” awaited beneath Gresit and that he would be met by a hunter and a scholar.

Many centuries later, during a solar eclipse, Alucard saved Richter Belmont and his friends by killing Drolta Tzuentes. He also discouraged the other vampires from engaging him, warning them they’d die like thousands before, prompting them to flee. Richter was especially surprised by Alucard’s arrival believing he was only a myth. Alucard however seemed familiar with Richter and noticed he even had Trevor’s whip prompting a small chuckle from him.

Status

Incarcerated

Georgia was born on July 31, 1989 in Birmingham, Alabama as Mary Rose Reilly to her parents Shane Reilly and Daisy Reilly. When Georgia was very young, her father got arrested and incarcerated in New Mexico. Georgia’s mother got remarried to another man called Ed Atkins when Georgia was six years old, and had another child, Maddie, with him. After the main ceremony, Georgia wonders why Nick isn’t at the wedding, but is later seen celebrating. A little later, Georgia slow dances with Paul, with Ginny happily watching them. But at that moment, the police shows up at the wedding, and Georgia gets arrested for the murder on Tom Fuller, Cynthia’s husband. She gets taken by the cops and walked to the police car, everyone watching her in shock. She steps into the police car, and gets driven away. Austin tries chasing the police car, expressing guilt at the situation.

Georgia is an eccentric, likable and youthful woman who cares greatly for her children and has an easy time making friends and forming relationships. Due to her Southern roots, she exhibits some elements of the ‘Southern Belle’ stereotype, such as being very friendly, flirtatious and witty, along with having a strong Southern accent and regularly using phrases and inside jokes referring to her Southern roots.

Likely because of her abusive upbringing, her struggle to make a life for herself through her teenage and adolescent years and the trauma’s and demons she still deals with as a result of her past, Georgia cares immensely for her children, and would do absolutely anything for them. Likely also because of her past, Georgia doesn’t think highly of herself, but at a certain point tells Ginny that her and Austin are her future, and that she was prepared to do anything for them in order to have a normal life, and not grow up under circumstances like she did.

Georgia always does her best for her children, which is evident through the unconditional support she gives them, like helping them out with anything and always making sure they are okay. She also always has a positive attitude and tries to cheer her kids up, even in very negative situations, through banter, hosting living room dance parties or simply downplaying the situation and distracting them with something that’ll take their minds off of it.

Luffy and his crew as they face off against new enemies and go on new adventures. The season is expected to cover arcs like Arabasta, Little Garden, Whisky Peak, Loguetown, Drum Island, and Reverse Mountain.

A pseudo-post-credits scene (taking place right after the closing One Piece logo and before the full credits) in the live-action One Piece series seemingly hinted at where the story could go in a potential Season 2, particularly on the villain front.

To close out Netflix’s take on the swashbuckling adventure, a shadowy figure can be seen sitting at a desk with two cigars in hand.

He sits grunting as he looks over Luffy’s wanted poster, which became such a big moment in the Season 1 finale.

  • Colton Osorio as young Monkey D. Luffy

Born on Dawn Island, Luffy is the son of Revolutionary leader Monkey D. Dragon and grandson of the Marine hero Monkey D. Garp and as such is a carrier of the mysterious “D” legacy. Most of his childhood was shaped by Garp and Curly Dadan, under whose care he befriended and swore brotherhood to the late Portgas D. “Fire Fist” Ace and Revolutionary officer Sabo. However, he draws his greatest inspiration from the pirate “Red-Haired” Shanks, who (unwittingly) enabled him to eat the Devil Fruit that turned his body into rubber, sacrificed an arm to save his life, and gifted his signature straw hat as a symbol of their vow to reunite someday, after Luffy became a great pirate.

Luffy has gained wide infamy through his accomplishments, heritage, and general recklessness, drawing many large bountiesas well as the focused hostility of the World Government, Marine Headquarters, and Fleet AdmiralSakazuki in particular. Currently, he is recognized as a central member of the Worst Generation, the unwilling leader of the seven-crew Straw Hat Grand Fleet, and—in wake of defeating Kaidou during the Raid on Onigashima—one of the Four Emperors, with a bounty of 3,000,000,000.

In addition to his infamy as one of the Straw Hats and as a former bounty hunter, his sizeable bounty upon arriving at the Sabaody Archipelago caused Zoro, along with Luffy to be included among the eleven “Super Rookies”, pirates who simultaneously reached the Red Line with bounties of over 100,000,000 shortly before the Summit War. He, the other ten Super Rookies, and Marshall D. Monkey D. Garp, also known as “Garp the Fist”,is an extremely famous and powerful Marine Vice Admiral. He is the father of Monkey D. Dragon, the paternal grandfather of Monkey D. Luffy, and the adoptive grandfather of Portgas D. Ace. He was responsible for overseeing Ace’s birth and raising a young Luffy, before entrusting them both to the Dadan Family.

Garp is a major figure, along with Kong, Sengoku, Shiki, Silvers Rayleigh, Tsuru, and Whitebeard, from the times when Gol D. Roger, the “Pirate King”, was still alive. His feats as a Marine soldier gained him immense notoriety and prestige, with his actions during the God Valley Incident in particular bestowing him the title of “Hero of the Marines”. Notably, Garp was offered the rank of Admiral several times throughout his career, but he refused the offer of promotion every time due to his deep hatred and contempt for World Nobles. He is also the former mentor of Kuzan.

Garp was first introduced during the Diary of Koby-Meppo Cover Page Serial, where he took charge of both Koby and Helmeppo’s training after its events. After the war and Ace’s death, he became a Marine Instructor to train new recruits, though still retaining the rank of vice admiral, which is not known to the public and it appears as if he has retired.During his mission to rescue Koby from the Blackbeard Pirates, Garp was badly injured and forced to remain behind, and as a result, he has been declared “missing in action”.

Due to his actions, he could be considered the main antagonist of the Post-Enies Lobby Arc. He is also a supporting antagonist in the Marineford Arc.

Captain Smoker

Smoker the White Hunter is a Marine vice admiral and the Commander of the G-5 Marine base, following the treason of his former superior Vergo. He is a recurring adversary of Luffy. Due to his actions against Luffy at Loguetown, Smoker can be considered as the main antagonist of the Loguetown Arc, and acts as a minor antagonist during the Marineford Arc. Despite his rivalry with Luffy, they ended up helping each other during the Arabasta Arc and forming a temporary alliance during the Punk Hazard Arc. These temporary alliances only last long enough for the two groups to defeat their common enemies. As it typically goes between pirates and the Marines, they go back to being enemies again as soon as their common enemy is defeated in each of these story arcs.

Dr. Kureha

Dr. Kureha is an elderly doctor who works on Drum Island. She is referred to as “witch” by some people.

She is Tony Tony Chopper’s mentor and adoptive mother, taking him under her care after the death of Hiriluk. She is also head of the Isshi-100.

She is an ally of the Straw Hat Pirates during the Drum Island Arc.

Kureha is a slender woman whose exceptionally advanced age shows in her well-wrinkled face. She dresses in a style more suited to women one-seventh her age. This includes a navel ring, a shirt that bares her midriff, a purple blazer and purple low-riding pants. She has a pair of small sunglasses that, when they are not over her eyes, she wears on her forehead even when she is using glasses. She wears bracelets and rings on her left hand.

In the past, she wore her hair in bunches with pink ties. Her pale yellow shirt had an alternating solid green line and purple dotted line pattern.

During the Drum Island Arc, she wore pants with a pink design on the left leg and a blazer with a yellow line along the shoulders and down each arm. She wore a white shirt with a pink cherry blossom on the front and green sleeves and borders.

When Dalton informed her of the Straw Hats’ bounties after Enies Lobby, her blazer and pants were solid purple. Her blazer had a fur collar and trim, and orange shirt with a thin bull-head silhouette. Her belt buckle had either a sun or flower design on it.

After the time skip, she does not look different from two years before. Her blazer had an orange flame pattern along the bottom and on the edge of the right sleeve. Her pants had the same pattern on the left leg. Her shirt had a top hat in front of an X (likely representing Hiriluk and Chopper respectively), which is the symbol of the Isshi-100.

She was later seen wearing a shirt with a heart. In the Levely Arc, Kureha wears her blazer and pants, similar to her time skip outfit. She had a white shirt that said WANTED 100, a likely reference to Chopper’s bounty.

Portgas D. Ace

Portgas D. Ace,born as Gol D. Ace and nicknamed “Fire Fist” Ace,was the biological son of the late Pirate King, Gol D. Roger, and Portgas D. Rouge, as well as the sworn older brother of Luffy and Sabo. Ace was adopted by Monkey D. Garp, as had been requested by Roger before his execution. Ace was captain of the Spade Pirates before being recruited into the Whitebeard Pirates and becoming its 2nd division commander. He ate the Mera Mera no Mi, giving him the power to transform into and manipulate flames.

After Blackbeard, a member of his division, committed the unforgivable crime of murdering a crewmate and fleeing, Ace went on a quest to hunt him down. When Ace finally found Blackbeard, though, a heated duel resulted in Ace’s defeat, allowing Blackbeard to turn him in to the World Government. Worried about his lineage and wanting to make an example, the Marines sentenced Ace to death, which resulted in the Summit War of Marineford, an all-out clash of powers between Whitebeard’s forces and the combined might of the Marines and the Seven Warlords. Ace was freed, but before he could escape Marineford, he sacrificed his life to protect Luffy from Admiral Akainu, dying peacefully in his brother’s arms with his last words being “Thank you for loving me.”

Ace’s death ultimately proved to be the catalyst leading to Luffy training for two years to become strong enough to protect his friends, paving the way for the second half of the series. His reincarnated Devil Fruit would eventually be consumed by his sworn brother, Sabo, ensuring that his will would live on.

Ace was first shown during the Drum Island Arc, but only got formally introduced in the Arabasta Arc, where he acts as a brief ally of the Straw Hat Pirates. He is a central figure during the whole Summit War Saga. He is also the protagonist of Ace’s Great Blackbeard Search Cover Page Serial.

Ace was a tall muscular young man with curly black hair. Although they were not blood related, Ace looked remarkably like his foster brother, Luffy. However, Ace was more serious looking than Luffy’s lighthearted design, and was also taller and more muscular. He also sported rather childish freckles (inherited from his mother) and tended to make a skeptical facial expression by raising his left eyebrow. Interestingly, his facial features were almost akin to his biological father Gol D. Roger in his youth without his mustache.

Ace’s tattoos were among his most remarkable, trademark features. He had a tattoo on his back of the Whitebeard symbol—purple bones formed in a cross behind a purple skull with a white mustache—that he described as his pride and joy.Ace had another tattoo on his upper left bicep that spells “ASCE” vertically. The “S” crossed out is a tribute to Sabo as that’s his jolly roger. On the cover of Chapter 596 indeed, Ace’s tattoo is written as “ACE” instead of the original “ASCE” as the cover is a “what if” image of Ace, Luffy, and Sabo together as adults with the former being known to be alive.

Ace wore an open-front shirt until he received Whitebeard’s tattoo – afterwards, he stopped wearing anything over his upper body except when on winter or desert islands due to the weather requirements. He wore black boots, black knee-length shorts with an eyelet-studded orange belt, and a blue pouch belted around his left leg. He also wore a short second belt with a large red “A” on the silver buckle over his right hip, but left it unfastened and threaded the free end along the back of his shorts. A dagger in a green sheath hung at his left hip. On Ace’s left arm, he wore a Log Pose and a red and white striped bracelet around his wrist, an orange elbow guard, and his “ASCE” tattoo. He wore a red beaded necklace and an orange hat with two blue smileys, one frowning and one smiling, and a string of red beads sitting above the rim. Two long orange side straps hung down sides of his hat and met at a large medallion of a bull’s skull with orange tassels.

Desert King” Sir Crocodile is the former president of the mysterious crime syndicate Baroque Works, formerly operating under the codename “Mr. 0”. He now works as a co-leader of the Cross Guild alongside Dracule Mihawk.

Crocodile is a former Warlord of the Sea,at the time maintaining a public facade of an ally to both the people of Arabasta Kingdom and the Marines, all while running Baroque Works in secret with the express purpose of overthrowing Arabasta via Operation Utopia. When his plot was foiled by the Straw Hat Pirates (most notably Monkey D. Luffy) and Arabasta’s princess Nefertari Vivi, he was stripped of his title and imprisoned in the deepest level of the legendary prison Impel Down. His former partner and Vice-President of Baroque Works, Nico Robin, would go on to become a member of the Straw Hat Pirates.

Crocodile was freed by Luffy from Impel Down in exchange for aiding in the rescue of his brother and went to Marineford to participate in the Summit War. While initially aiming to kill Whitebeard, his contempt for the Marines led him to ally with Luffy and the Whitebeard Pirates.

After the war, he and his subordinate Daz Bonez escaped from Marineford and decided to head out to the New World. Two years later, when the Warlord system was disbanded, Crocodile established the Cross Guild alongside his former Warlord colleague, Mihawk. However, another former Warlord, Buggy, ended up as the organization’s figurehead as well as one of the Four Emperors, much to Crocodile’s chagrin.Sometime prior to the disbanding of the Warlords, Vegapunk cloned Crocodile as one of the Seraphim to replace the Warlords.

He is one of the longest running and most noteworthy primary adversaries of the series, being the first enemy to hand Luffy a complete and utter defeat. He is the main antagonist of the Arabasta Arc and the Arabasta Saga overall, a tentative ally in both the Impel Down and Marineford Arcs.

Monkey D. Dragon- Dean Damonse

Monkey D. Dragon, also known as the “Rebellious Dragon”, is the infamous Supreme Commander (総司令官, Sōshireikan?) of the Revolutionary Army and one of its founding members, as well as formerly the captain of the Freedom Fighters. He used to be part of the Marines but became disillusioned with the organization’s outlook on justice;this, along with the fallout from the Ohara Incident, sparked Dragon’s desire to attempt to overthrow the World Government, with his endeavors ultimately causing him to be labeled the “World’s Worst Criminal“.

Dragon is the father of Monkey D. Luffy and the son of Monkey D. Garp, having been born in the Goa Kingdom just like them. He was also responsible for saving Sabo’s life after the latter had almost drowned from a World Noble attack, eventually turning the boy into his second-in-command.

Dragon was first introduced in the Loguetown Arc, where he helped Luffy escape from Marine captain Smoker’s clutches.

Dragon’s early life, other than he was born 55 years ago in the Goa Kingdom as the son of Monkey D. Garp. At some point, Dragon followed in his father’s footsteps and joined the Marines, but left sometime after due to his perceptions of Justice not fitting with the organization’s. He, however, spent enough time there to learn some important military training procedures.

Twenty-five years ago, by the time Dragon was thirty, he was the captain of a group called the Freedom Fighters, a small, poor military organization at the time that caused several protests within various countries. Despite the group’s lack of funds, Dragon was already plenty infamous, enough to get covered in newspapers and become a wanted man in the process.

Twenty-four years ago, Dragon was shown to have watched Gol D. Roger’s execution. He eventually met the scientist Vegapunk and asked him to join his group, but he refused because their lack of resources would not allow him to actually build anything. Twenty-two years ago, a few months after the Ohara Incident, Dragon visited the ruined island to pay respects to the victims of the massacre. He talked with Vegapunk, who was there for the same reason, and vowed to create an army that can actually fight back and stop disasters like Ohara from happening.

That same year, Dragon and Emporio Ivankov went to rescue and recruit an imprisoned Bartholomew Kuma and Ginny, while overthrowing the corrupt King Bekori of Sorbet Kingdom in the process. After their success, they officially founded the Revolutionary Army.As time passed, his ideals slowly spread throughout the world and one by one, countries slowly began to support him, although sometimes through conflict, causing many countries to fall. Eventually, Dragon would be regarded as the world’s worst criminal.

At some point between the ages of 33 and 41, Dragon had the left side of his face tattooed. At the age of 36, nineteen years ago, Dragon and an unknown woman bore a son, Monkey D. Luffy, who was left to be raised by Dragon’s father in the East Blue. Like with his homeland, Dragon did not publicly disclose he had a son, even to his fellow revolutionary co-founder Ivankov.

Dragon has been highly interested in Robin for over ten years due to her status as the sole survivor of the Poneglyph scholars on Ohara, and the Revolutionary Army has since started referring to her as the “Light of the Revolution”. Dragon wished to meet with Robin, and so ordered his men to protect her from the World Government if they attacked her while she was with them. Robin worked with Dragon and the Revolutionaries in the two years following, and Dragon was shown to be mindful of her after she had left to rejoin the Straw Hat Pirates, as he grew concerned upon reading a report that she had been captured on Sabaody Archipelago and asked Koala if she was all right after Koala had reunited with her on Dressrosa. The two have a very trusting relationship, with Robin confirming that the Ancient Weapons existed to Dragon.

Gol D. Roger

Gol D. Roger, more commonly known as Gold Roger, was a legendary pirate who, as captain of the Roger Pirates, held the title of Pirate King and owned the legendary treasure known as One Piece. He was also the lover of Portgas D. Rouge and the biological father of Portgas D. Ace.

Roger was famed as the man who did what no one thought possible – he conquered the Grand Line and amassed a vast fortune. Afterwards, knowing that he would soon die from an incurable disease, Roger disbanded his crew before turning himself in to be executed. The World Government intended to have Roger be publicly executed to discourage piracy, but his last words had the opposite impact. He stated that anyone who can find his treasure can claim it. As such, this made Roger single-handedly responsible for starting the Golden Age of Pirates.

Gol D. Roger was born in Loguetown in the East Blue 77 years ago.According to Monkey D. Garp, Roger grew up in difficult circumstances and developed great fear of losing his loved ones above all else Sometime later during his youth, he met Silvers Rayleigh and became impressed by the ship he was using, which Rayleigh stole to live on after his house burned down. Viewing their encounter as a fated meeting, he asked Rayleigh to join him in “turning the world upside down”. Though Rayleigh refused at first, Roger’s insistence managed to win him over, and the two became best friends ever since.

28 years ago, Roger came down with an incurable disease. He decided to pitch one last journey with his crew into the Grand Line. Upon reaching the lighthouse at Reverse Mountain at the entrance of the Grand Line, he recruited Crocus as his doctor to keep him alive until the completion of his final journey.

He met Portgas D. Rouge, a woman living in Baterilla, and the two fell in love. In time, Rouge came to bear Roger’s child, and Roger came up with two names depending on the baby’s gender: “Ann” if it was a girl, or “Ace” if it was a boy. Knowing that he would be long dead by the time the child arrived, Roger then left Rouge and turned himself in to the Marines. While in prison, he asked his old enemy, Garp, to take care of his child after he was gone, saying that an infant should not be labeled a criminal just for his family ties. Although Garp said he had no obligation to do so, Roger knew he would do it anyway.

A special degree of attention was given to the idea of Roger’s progeny, with the World Government being committed to eliminating any and all remainders of the Pirate King’s bloodline. It was heavily believed by the government and Marines that anyone with Roger’s bloodline would start a new reign of terror with the next generation of pirates. Their efforts were at their most intense in the year following Roger’s death, and all children born near areas where Roger had visited within 10 months of his death were inspected along with any pregnant woman; any child possessing even a suspicion of a connection to Roger was to be killed. This hunt resulted in Rouge, Roger’s only lover, keeping their only child, Ace, in her womb for an additional 15 months to allow him to be born after the hunt had subsided, though at the cost of her own life. As per Roger’s request, Garp adopted Ace and guarded him throughout his childhood.

Eleven has psychokinetic and telepathic abilities, and is considered the breakout character of Stranger Things. After being adopted by chief of police Jim Hopper, her legal name becomes Jane Hopper.

Born Jane Ives, Eleven is the daughter of Teresa “Terry” Ives, and a participant in the Project MKUltra experiments conducted by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Eleven appears to have been born a psychic with notable telekinetic and extrasensory abilities. However, when she uses these abilities to a significant degree, she becomes temporarily weakened and her nose bleeds. At birth, Eleven was taken away from her mother by Dr. Martin Brenner and was raised as a test subject at Hawkins National Laboratory in order to develop her psychokinetic skills. When placed in a sensory deprivation tank, she can use remote viewing to access other dimensions, primarily for the purposes of espionage. In addition, Eleven can open and close portals, known as “Gates”, to a parallel dimension called the Upside Down.

Eleven’s hair is cut and is placed in a short jumpsuit offscreen, she is placed into a sensory deprivation tank (dubbed NINA) and relives her repressed memories of her time at Hawkins lab. Eleven attempts to escape the facility but discovers her powers are slowly returning, convincing her to stay. She discovers she was often ostracized by the other children, but a kindly orderl watched over her and gave her advice on how to control her powers. The orderly, who is in fact subject One in Brenner’s experiments, manipulated Eleven into removing an implant in his neck that suppressed his powers, then went on to massacre the rest of the children and staff in the lab. One later revealed himself to be Henry Creel, who killed his mother and sister in the 1950s and got his father arrested for it. Henry attempted to kill Eleven after she refused to help him eradicate humanity, but she overpowered him and sent him into the Upside Down, where he became Vecna. Brenner discovers Eleven at the scene of the massacre where she fell comatose and forgot the events. Brenner discovered the events through security cameras and made Eleven spies on Russians as a cover for searching for Henry.

Eleven discovers the Hawkins group’s plan to kill Vecna by using Max as bait to lure him out and convinces Owens to help her return to Hawkins. However, Brenner locks up Owens and traps Eleven, placing a shock collar on her so she is unable to leave. When the army attacks the base, Brenner flees with Eleven but is shot and incapacitated, however, she is able to destroy the helicopter and vehicles as Mike, Will, Jonathan, and Argyle arrive. Brenner unlocks the collar and tells Eleven they are family, but she refuses to forgive him and he dies. The group goes to Argyle’s pizza place where they create an isolation tank for her to enter Max’s mind at the same time as Vecna. Vecna overwhelms Eleven and breaks Max’s bones and blinds her before Mike tells Eleven that he loves her, which gives her the strength to break his control. Despite her efforts, Max still ends up in a coma from her injuries.

The group return to Hawkins and Eleven reunites with Hopper who compliments her shortened hair. Will senses the Upside Down and they all discover that the Upside Down has taken over Hawkins.

  • Gaten Matarazzo as Dustin Henderson

Dustin Henderson is a friend of Mike, Will, and Lucas, and a goofy and quick-witted boy whose cleidocranial dysplasia causes him to lisp. In the Dungeons & Dragons party, Dustin is the Bard and has arguably the most extensive knowledge of the game, particularly the monsters. He has a crush on Nancy, and while both he and Lucas have feelings for Max in season two, Lucas and Max ultimately end up together. He also befriends Steve, who gives him advice on how to make girls like him.

Prior to season three, Dustin spends a month at a science camp and, thanks to Steve’s advice, is able to get a girlfriend, Suzie, whom he claims is a genius and is “hotter than Phoebe Cates.” His friends are skeptical as to whether or not she actually exists as he is unable to get in contact with her over his makeshift radio tower, “Cerebro.” Dustin instead discovers the coded Russian transmission and, along with Steve, Robin, and Erica, ventures into the Russian’s underground lair. She remains largely unaware of the events around her, especially her son keeping an escaped experiment in her basement and her daughter searching for a monster from another dimension. When a group of agents arrive at their house telling her and her husband that his son and friends might be hiding the experiment, Karen becomes extremely distraught. She eventually tearfully reunites with Mike at the local middle school and goes to the hospital where Will has been recovered.

In 1984, she remains the same, blissfully unaware of what her children are doing after they lie and say they’re having a sleepover (when in reality Mike is tending to a possessed Will while Nancy teams up with Jonathan Byers to shut down Hawkins National Laboratory). She does, however, become sexually attracted to Billy Hargrove, the older brother of Max Mayfield, who reciprocates the feelings.

By the summer of 1985, Karen’s desire for Billy has hit the ultimate peak, ogling him along with her friends at the local pool, where Billy works as a lifeguard. When Billy propositions her by offering “swimming lessons” at the local motel, Karen is about to leave for the night until she discovers Holly sleeping in Ted’s lap on the chair. She realizes how selfish she is and ultimately decides to not go. The next day, Karen arrives at the pool to talk to Billy (who’s been possessed by another force from the dimension) and explain why she didn’t come, but Billy, restraining himself from hurting her, simply tells her to stay away from him. She soon resigns herself back to being a mother, offering Nancy advice after getting fired from her job, and three months later, comforting Mike after the Byers family moves out of Hawkins.

Karen grows to be concerned about Nancy since she is missing, and is left puzzled when Mike’s friends flee from the police. Soon after, what is perceived as an earthquake causes a four-way rip throughout Hawkins, leaving Karen and the other townspeople frazzled and ready to move out. After tearfully reuniting with Mike, Karen is left to worry as she and Holly see floating particles from the dimension, the Upside Down, beginning to infect Hawkins.

  • Jamie Campbell Bower as Vecna / Henry Creel / One

Henry Creel was born in Nevada, 1947 to Victor, a World War II veteran, and Virginia Creel and had a older sister Alice. One day, Henry disappeared for 12 hours into an alternate dimension where he gained powers and also brought the Mind Flayer with him.

He diabolic being from the Upside Down that haunts his victims with horrifying visions of their past traumas before killing them in a sadistic, brutal manner. As the fourth season progresses, he is ultimately revealed to be the ruler of the Upside Down as well as the mastermind behind all of the events of the series that have terrorized the town of Hawkins, beginning with the disappearance of Will Byers.

Before becoming Vecna, he was known by his real name Henry Creel. He was born to Victor and Virginia Creel and has an older sister named Alice. After moving with his family to Hawkins, Henry discovered that he possessed telepathic powers and used them to kill his mother and sister, which caused him to fall into a coma. Henry was taken by Dr. Brenner where the latter began to experiment on him, causing more children to get the same telepathic abilities. As the years progressed, he became the supervisor for the other children, where he befriended Eleven. However, after revealing his true nature as a misanthropic and nihilistic sociopath to Eleven, the latter succeeded to overpower him and sent him to the Upside Down, where he was gradually disfigured by its abnormal lightning and toxic atmosphere, triggering his transformation into the being known as Vecna. As Vecna, he eventually used his powers in order to control the monsters and became the ruler of the Upside Down, serving as the general and hive mind to all the creatures of the dimension. Since then, Vecna has pulled the strings behind the events and actions of the Mind Flayer and the other Upside Down’s lifeforms during the previous seasons, with his role in Will Byers’s connection to the Upside Down eventually coming to light.

Patty took an interest in Henry and encouraged him to use his powers for good. One day while Henry was searching for Patty’s biological mother, the Mind Flayer takes control of his body and attacks Patty’s father, leaving him on the verge of death, but in the end he regains control and saves him. After the incident with Mr. Newby, Virginia hands her son over to Brenner, who takes Henry to the Hawkins National Laboratory. In the lab, Henry learns more about his powers and Brenner pushes him to his limits. After a long-distance conversation with Patty and refusing to kill a man on Brenner’s orders, he leaves the laboratory.

After returning, Henry feels more misunderstood and separated from his family. Henry had previously discovered black widows and spent lots of time in the attic because of the cold. Henry practiced his powers more and more and showed horrible visions to his family. One day, Henry reads his family’s minds and realizes that they are not happy with his return, so he allows the Mind Flayer to kill Virginia and Alice, the murders of whom are blamed on Victor. After this, Henry heads to the school to look for Patty, and during a fight between him and Dr Brenner, Henry loses control and the Mind Flayer apparently kills Patty.

Again in the Hawkins National Lab, Henry became Brenner’s first test subject and given the subject name of Subject 001. After numerous failures to keep Henry under control, Brenner ultimately removed him from the group, placed a chip on his neck that suppressed his powers, and replicated his abilities in other children. Henry, already an orderly, held the hand of a child Subject 011 “Eleven.

Over time, Henry became an orderly in the Lab and oversaw the activities and progress of seventeen children who shared his abilities. He took a liking to and befriended Eleven. After witnessing Eleven being bullied by the other subjects, Henry believed they were alike and the sense that the world cannot understand them. Henry helped Eleven with her powers and later offering her a chance to escape the lab. Henry gave Eleven a key card and told her to meet him in the basement of the lab. There, Eleven removed the Soteria from Henry’s neck after he explains he cannot leave because of it and learns Henry is Subject 001. Upon being caught by guards, Henry dispatches them and tells her to wait for him in a closet. Henry would then murder everyone in the facility with the exception of Brenner. After explaining his origins and crimes to a horrified young Eleven, she rejected his offer to join forces with him in order to wipe out humanity and thanks to the loving memory of her mother, she ultimately overpowered One and banished him into another dimension, later nicknamed the Upside Down. In the Upside Down, Henry began to transform into a mutilated and burned creature, later nicknamed “Vecna.” For seven years, Vecna put the lifeforms of the dimension under his thrall by combining them all to a shared hive mind, in part thanks to his bond to a creature later known as the Mind Flayer, whose appearance he shaped into a gargantuan spider and who eventually became his vessel to act on Earth.n 1986, after spending several years inactive and growing stronger while controlling the Upside Down, Henry begins to terrorize Hawkins himself, murdering several students at Hawkins High School, including Chrissy Cunningham, Fred Benson, and Patrick McKinney, who shared symptoms of PTSD. Dustin Henderson and Eddie Munson, who is accused of being the culprit of the murders, bestow him with the alias “Vecna” based on his similarities with the character of the same name from Dungeons & Dragons. Vecna almost kills Max Mayfield until her friends find a way to break his influence using music. He later possesses Nancy Wheeler, to whom he reveals his past and then shows her a vision of the future where Hawkins is torn apart by cracks before freeing her. Nancy and her friends deduce that Vecna needs to open four gates to the Upside Down to execute his plan, three of which were generated at the site of each of his murders. Max tries to provoke Vecna while her friends travel to the Upside Down to kill him. Eleven, aware of his return, enters Max’s mind and confronts Vecna, who is revealed to be the mastermind behind the Upside Down’s previous attacks on Hawkins, dating back to 1983 when Will Byers disappeared. Vecna possesses and kills Max before Eleven overpowers him, while Steve, Nancy, and Robin severely wound his physical form before he escapes. Although Eleven revives Max, her brief death opens a fourth gate to the Upside Down, causing cracks in Hawkins, which allow the Upside Down to begin infiltrating the city.

Under Ezran’s reign, Soren became the head of the new Crownguard and serves on the Katolian High Council. She is the commander of the Standing Batallion, a Katolian army that defends the border between the human and magical kingdoms in Xadia. Being deaf, Amaya communicates in sign language to her troops, which is ultimately translated by her close friend and lieutenant Gren.

Rena Anakwe as Queen Janai

Janai is a Sunfire Elf warrior. Like Amaya, she led a group of troops to defend the border between Xadia’s human and magical kingdoms. In the run-up to the war against Viren’s army, her sister Khessa was killed by Aaravos, leading to her becoming the new Queen of the Sunfire Elves. This traumatic event pushed Janai to forge a truce with humans along the border, specifically, Amaya, who she would fight alongside and quickly grow closer to.

Season 6 of The Dragon Prince is set to premiere on Netflix in 2024. The show’s first episode, titled “Mystery of Aaravos”, was shared at WonderCon 2024, along with a teaser trailer. The trailer shows Claudia, a blood elf, contemplating killing terrestrials, but the show’s humor suggests that the elf will be spared

  • XO, Kitty (Season 2) – Coming in 2025.

The XO, Kitty season 2 cast will likely see the return of many familiar faces from season 1, including the actors who appeared in the season 2 announcement video. Choi Min-young will likely return as Dae-heon Kim, Kitty’s long-distance boyfriend in South Korea.

XO, Kitty season 2 could revolve around Kitty’s search for Simon to get more answers about her mother’s past. The fact that one of Dae’s best friends is in love with Kitty will surely create all kinds of conflict between the three, putting even more strain on Kitty’s relationship with Dae. Kitty is still in love with Yuri, and he is still in love with Juliana, so that plot thread will likely continue to intensify in XO, Kitty season 2. The first season ended with Kitty getting on a plane and reading a long-lost letter from her mother Eve, who revealed that her first love was a man named Simon. To Kitty’s surprise, Min Ho was sitting next to her on the plane, where he confessed that he has romantic feelings for her, leaving her baffled.
